So why did we join the Drupal Association?
Simply because of the many benefits and the fact that we strongly support the Open Source community and believe in contributing or giving back where we can.

Supporting Open Source
As mentioned, we strongly support Open Source because we believe that by working together we can make things better. The software we are currently doing training and consulting for, namely Puppet and Drupal, are both Open Source (although Puppet also has a non-open source Enterprise version) and we believe in giving our support to the Open Source community, whether it is contributing like we are doing for the Drupal Association or giving back where we can, like participating in meet-ups and contributing by presenting.
So we encourage any of you who use Drupal to join as a member too! Supporting Open Source is certainly one of the ways to ensure that it will still be around in years to come.
